Two Pints with Will & Ralf is a podcast featuring lifelong friends and professional actors, Ralf Little and Will Mellor. Popularly known from playing main roles together in Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, the 2000s show.
Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps is a British sitcom that ran from 26 February 2001 to 24 May 2011. First broadcast on BBC Two, it starred Ralf Little, Will Mellor, Natalie Casey, Sheridan Smith, Kathryn Drysdale, and Luke Gell. Created and written by Susan Nickson and set in her hometown of Runcorn, Cheshire, it originally revolved around the lives of five twentysomethings. Little departed after the sixth series, and Smith and Drysdale left after the eighth series. The ninth and final series had major changes with new main cast members and new writers.
Ralf Alastair John Little is an English actor, writer, presenter, narrator and former semi-professional footballer, working mainly in television comedy. He played Antony Royle in The Royle Family and Jonny Keogh in the first six series of Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps. Since 2020, he has starred as DI Neville Parker in Death in Paradise. He also is the narrator of Channel 5's The Yorkshire Farm, which follows the life of the Owen family on their Yorkshire Farm (2018-2020).
William Mellor is an English actor, singer, and model. He is known for his roles as Jambo Bolton in Hollyoaks, Gaz Wilkinson in Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, DC Spike Tanner in No Offence, Steve Connolly in Broadchurch, Georgie in Barking!, and Ollie Curry in White Van Man. In 2021, he began appearing in the ITV soap opera Coronation Street as Harvey Gaskell.
Alex Boardman is now one of the most sought-after acts in the country due to his ability to interact with any audience and to seemingly conjure something out of nothing. His free-flowing style and natural charm breeze through in performances. His unique brand of “Flattery and abuse” is done with a lack of malice and a big sense of fun. Alex Boardman has performed stand-up comedy all over the world, due to his ability to interact and conjure jokes out of thin air.
Before you ask, he is no relation to Stan Boardman.
Early in 2008 Alex Boardman was nominated in the Rising Star category at the Sony Awards for his work on the Galaxy FM breakfast show. That show achieved record figures for any show in the station's ten year history, however a change of ownership led Alex to return full time to his first love; stand up comedy. 2007 saw Alex's first solo stand up tour entitled "Hit The North" (after a favourite song by The Fall) at a number of arts centres around the UK. The tour was a mixture of stand up and improvisation and gained good critical reviews. Alex has also performed at numerous comedy festivals around the UK and has performed two one hour shows, the first one entitled "Nappy Mondays" that charted his transition from "Lad to Dad", and the second entitled "Everyone thinks he looks daft" (after another favourite song by The Wedding Present). Again both were received well critically.
