Just noticed the transition from The Squip Song to Two-Player Game. In The Squip Song, Rich didn't wash his hands and touched Jeremy's face. Jeremy proceeds to wipe his cheek off Rich's germs and thus we have the first three seconds of this clip. I don't know if this was intended but well done!
