The Red Pyramid at Dahshur is the first true Pyramid. You may be the only one there and it was also "free" to go inside when I was there. The Temple at Abydos and the Osireion are little visited and amazing. The view at sunrise from the top of Mt. Sinai on a clear day is something you will never forget and you can take the 3750 steps down the "Steps of Repentance" made by one guy over 20 years with no mortar and maybe no tools at all with each step being unique. So I think you got a little bit confused at 16:55 , what you see right there is not a Marriott (probably a mansion owned by somebody) in fact there are no Marriotts in Alexandria (there is a few in Cairo though). The whole area is called King Marriott based on the Lake Marriott (The Lagoon).

If I was a world traveler like Gabriel, I would map (trace with a marker) out everywhere / everyplace I actually walk or drive to after I have done it. There must be a way to do this easily. Heck, I wouldn’t be surprised even if Google Maps can trace it for you somehow listing the date / time as well. (I edited this to have it make better sense)
@GabrielTravelerVideosАй бұрын
I'm not quite sure what you mean by mapping it out. Everything is mapped out on google maps, so you can just check your phone. For example I had that Marriott hotel (which wasn't actually a Marriott hotel) plugged in and the distance and time to walk there was displayed on my phone. Maybe you mean to have everywhere you go recorded on your phone? Google has a feature that remembers all the major places you've been, but not everywhere you walk.
@chad-bf7ziАй бұрын
@@GabrielTravelerVideos what I mean is like literally drawing lines - maybe using colored markers to differentiate the year - on EXACTLY where you went. It would really be for your own personal reference. Just something to do… but on a big scale.. for we all know that you do keep a journal & notes but this would / could be very detailed… even down to showing each place you or a person ate a meal at, stayed the night at; took a tour and more! I donno… just me thinking too much
@GabrielTravelerVideosАй бұрын
@@chad-bf7zi Yeah, I would like to have a huge world map on the wall showing everywhere I've been, although that would just have to indicate which cities I went to. You couldn't have the detail on a world map showing everywhere I walked. You would need to have zoomed in maps for each city to show that.
