I know a lot of people prefer hearing just the instrumentals, but I don't mind having a Two Steps song with lyrics every once in a while, and I really like this one.

Lyrics are stronger than sound. Yes if I wanted to be inspired for mental battles, imagination, writing, reading, etc. I'd prefer an instrumental. But if I need feelings, voice, strength, then I prefer vocals. There is so much each can do that the other can't, and it's almost impossible to tell the things as they are subjective,

I love the way it says "Music makes you braver" I found this song because my little sister was listening to it the other day. She is 23 and dying from complications with Gastroparesis. She was perfectly healthy and happy 1 year ago. but on my moms birthday she ate bad sushi and her body has been failing since. It has always been just us 3 and even though we had a complicated relationship due to our views on our father, all of that is out the window now and losing her would be like losing a limb. I realize that now. but she has been so resilient through this whole process. She is teaching me so much about loving each other and life. I am so amazed at the woman shes become and am starting to feel like I really missed out. Maybe bad things happen to good people so that mean people can become kinder. I don't know why this happened to her but now I know it can happen to anyone at any time. I wish we had more time with the people we loved, but more than that, appreciated them more when we did have the time. A lesson I will keep with me forever. A cold heart will not protect you from the bad. It will only keep you from the good..

EwanTheGreat 2 things. 1: I see now that it sounds a tad extreme. Sorry about that? Nice burn though. 2: How does that mean I'm an idiot? I don't like all their songs, but so many of them are amazing at showing strength, emotion or something in between. This one is showing a hard felt fight, giving both an impression of strength from the singer, but also the strength to get over a struggle through one's own strength.
@ms-ewan93506 жыл бұрын

Hmmm...This hits home...year and half out of a 3.5 year relationship/6 yr friendship that I poured EVERYTHING into. In less than a weekend it was all gone and I still don't know the "why" or "what went wrong" or "what got missed". First heard this a couple weeks ago...made me stop and I will admit, made me cry. You try to push on, pull thru, move forward...but year and half later...some hurts don't fade fast enough and you find that there are still days you have to remind yourself to just "breath". 2 steps nailed it with this one.

This song is just amazing.. TSFH continues to blow my mind away with their versatility.. When I listened to this song first in December 2017. I did'nt like it. But now after 6 months, oh boy, this song has grown on to me.. Yet another masterpiece from the geniuses. I usually love the instrumental tracks of TSFH, but I do not mind the a song with lyrics here and there. This one was a different level though. The background instrumentals used in this track is pure magic. This along with "Stay" and "Children of the Sun" would be my favorite TSFH songs with lyrics. Thank you Thomas and Nick.. Please continue to keep us enchanted with your great music.

So I appreciated and really liked "Nero" and "Archangel", loved "Skyworld", then considered "Sun" pretty much perfect. And now they came up with "Unsleashed" and I'm like "well, nevermind". Apparently calling anything perfect is a waste of words 'cause sooner or later another even better thing's gonna come out. Hopefully this album is not the peak of Thomas Bergersen and Nick Phoenix's skills and they'll come up with even greater pieces in the future! Also the old pieces have some kind of special spirit for me, I learnt how to draw and write stories with them so they have a super special meaning to me. And yet my heart's melting just as much as with "Nero", "Blackheart", "Colours of Love", "Caradhras" or one of so many other masterpieces.

ThePsiGhost I think that too. It may be that powerful crescent climax that puts Dangerous over See Me Fight, 'cause let's say it, epicness exploding at the end of a track is one of TSFH's strengths. Though yeah, that doesn't make this one a bad song. Simply it's not one of their bests, but I won't make a tragedy over it (as I see others down here are doing). TSFH is able to surprise us when we least expect it, and I've got faith in that (Sorry if my English is a bit messy :s )
