Two Summer Sandwich Spread Recipes | Family Favorites

Looking for new summer sandwich ideas? Here are two recipes which are family favorites. One is a bit unique and the other is a classic Southern pimento cheese. The first is Olive Pecan spread. It may be enjoyed on bread, crackers, or as a dip, if that suits your fancy. Hearty Pimento Cheese may be served the same ways, on bread, crackers, veggies or as a dip, if you like. I'm very interested in the olive spread (a new one on me and I actually had it marked in your cookbook to try soon), and I haven't had homemade pimento cheese since my grandma passed away many years ago. Hers was SO good and I'm sure yours is, too. I don't know why I've never tried making it myself, but this encourages me to do so. Thanks again.
