I'm very interested in the olive spread (a new one on me and I actually had it marked in your cookbook to try soon), and I haven't had homemade pimento cheese since my grandma passed away many years ago. Hers was SO good and I'm sure yours is, too. I don't know why I've never tried making it myself, but this encourages me to do so. Thanks again.
