I just got these subs. 2 sddn 15s. Having another enclosure built for them soon. Currently have 2 dd 9500 15s fully loaded. Amp is currently a cosmos 13k. Gately is working on a 10400 that is rated to do 15k at 13.8 volts. Like all his others they do well above rated so when they drop ill either change out to that or possibly 2 dd 5000s gain matched at .5 with a dd zvl. I do miss the way my dd m5a sounded.

Are those amps strapped cause I just picked up 2 I’m doing a blow thru in my ford ranger 2 deaf bounce 4515s I see that the amp dyno on them over 10k but when u see specs says strapped only 13500 so I’m thinking running one amp per sub gained matched

JP63 is better quality and puts out more power than 6300 watts (as advertised) check out some amp dyno videos on it! It’s a beast!

What made you change to JP amps? I bought the sundown xv3 12 because of the x series you had. The plan was two cab45s on two xv12s. Would you do that or run one of these? Im just missing the one sub I have both cab45s.

​@@Journeyto150 He's extremely good at what he does but the technique he uses to build those small cone area builds doesn't directly translate to what I'm doing and my goals. I'm building for a very authoritative bandwidth between 20-60hz and high output/wind. A lot of what you've been seeing from him lately is ultra-low focused low power/low cone area builds. Also in a car with a very low cabin resonance. Don't get me wrong, knows he can definitely do what I'm doing as well. But not everything you see on his small scale builds directly translate to bigger ones. Vehicles cabin resonance, airspace availability, and multiple other variables all play a big part in this.
