Stephi ilysm 😭👏🏻💕 I too speak very quietly, waitresses and public service employees are always extremely rude to me. That is honestly what caused my social anxiety to skyrocket without my knowledge. I shake as well when my anxiety creeps around, sometimes if I get too hyped up about something or excited, I do the same. Idk. Anxiety is weird and I feel like we’re buds now. ✌🏻

I think I heard you say you’re from a small town, Stephi. I can definitely see how small town social dynamics would make a young girl, especially with CF put up a wall. I haven't checked to see how many people commented on any answers given but I felt compelled to talk about the falling in love quick thing; it's not always a matter of living life to the fullest. A lot of the time, it takes time to fall in love vs infatuation because you don't really know everything about that person, so it's possible you would take the words back once you do. People -- perhaps absentmindedly -- are likely not gonna tell you the most important parts there are to know right away. They might not find them important. I get the point in the video of why it was said and the sentiment of not stalling in life overall is great. But I wanted anyone who's impressionable to see another side of this.

@Locust Hypnosis makes perfect since , my daughter I adopted had it growing up. It was hard for others to understand. When she needed to talk she couldn't but when she shouldn't, she'd blurt out Things ❣️... It was hard, id often have to let teachers know cause they dont read files like they use too shes 23 now, gettin' married next year, n has a lil farm on her land thats great therapy too ❣️.. although depression is goin on now, due to the passing of her biological parents this year jus 5 months apart 😭❣️... To be expected, they were both in 40's , but selective mutism is very different in many ways n jus want to let others know they're not Alone ❤️💜❤️❣️ I have anxiety, Depression, agoraphobia, n PTSD , so public is very hard to do🤦‍♀️💭 im home in 🏡 alot 😭❣️... My husband is too tho so we help each other most of the time ✅❣️

When I have a really real conversation and share more than I usually do I start to shake too , I think it's really special :) edit: it's sad that people assume you can't have a friend based on their gender or your relationship, me and my bfs friends are all really close and honest but I have been in a relationship where I 'wasn't allowed' to spend time with my best friend because he's male. Jealousy and assumption is not healthy, if you don't trust what's even the point !

Talk about a chance meeting changing your whole life, here's a nutshell version. I was on a dating site, a troll guy got me to go to a different one where he supposedly had all his pictures etc. I signed up but couldn't find him a & 4 guys hit on me instantly. (I quit it the next day) One really got my attention even though I was sure he wasn't my type. We have been together 24/7/365 for 12 years & married 5. We are so opposite in all but what matters most, both Cancers & truly the yin/yang of that. Always choose someone you can talk freely & truthfully about anything with & be comfortably quiet with. How cool it must have been for two just to hang out & have a good time playing the game. I hope you've stayed friends.

It WAS a therapy session…😳 Bold not said with no judgment… Trent may have some major traits to work on. Lack of empathy for others, wanting to establish relationships quickly, encouraging honesty of vulnerable information of another, even though he’s willing to do the same… those are hallmarks of certain diagnoses really important to be aware of & work on as quickly as possible. However, the diagnoses I’m thinking of, most individuals with them never seek out treatment. Taboos of therapy, not “believing” in therapy or the thought that the person could have behaviors that harm others being too wounding to the self to entertain…but it shouldn’t be this way. Taking accountability and working on one’s self in ways that have proven to increase health inside one’s self & relationships with others, isn’t anything to steer clear of. And everyone has shit they need to work on, everyone has room to improve on themselves & for the sake of others. Even as spiritual people, there are always psychological things we need to be looking for to improve upon.
