My grandpa (I live in Belgium) would make crêpes as a 4PM dessert. He would make the dough sometime in the afternoon, and let it rest for a couple hours, just on the counter, with a cloth over it. I don't know why, but he claimed it needed to "rest". I guess it's just how he made them, but they were *great and amazing* gosh it's so odd how you remember the best things in life.

How funny I make a very similar casserole but the difference is that after I make my mac & cheese out of the box of course lol… I add shredded cheddar cheese and mix it all up and I add some tomato sauce just enough to give it a little color and then I put shredded cheddar cheese on the top and put it in the oven… so good😋

I can never get my crepes to come out good. I also only do a diabetic friendly version with equal parts cream cheese and eggs. Then I usually do a ham and cheese sauce and bake. So yummy. I want to try a strawberry chocolate one next time.

Hi there Moss Family...I make something similiar. I cook the macaroni in the microwave. Brown the gr. Beef when both are cooked add 1 can(Lays...its like the one you buy the spicy but its the cheddar cheese in the can) cheddar cheese. Its done and delicious yum quick and easy. God Bless LuvYa! My goodness your crepes looked fantastic! Good tip whizzing the chocolate chips in food processor, then folding it in whipped cream! I would’ve never thought of that! My mom used to make homemade hamburger helper! A nice childhood memory at that. Liked it way better than the packaged hamburger helper, even though it was made with boxed macaroni and cheese! Lol! Love your mower, my dad used to have an old John Deere lawn mower. Have happy memories of my children riding on it, on their granddaddy’s lap! You and your family have a great week!

We actually had the macaroni and cheese thing often in my newly where it married life mom never made it but we used many kinds of meat tuna salmon ham hamburger sausage ground smoke or Italian just practically anything and occasionally it showed up with some frozen vegetables in it too I would cook those or microwave them some first but it's good any direction you make it. I haven't actually watched your channel long enough to know what your family likes to include but him and broccoli are particularly good
