I’ve been there many times and it’s usually very safe, but a few times I have seen quite sketchy people walking around in there and even once had a kid who looked to be around 8 or 9 trying to sell me chocolates but he was slurring his words and seemed drunk. And there were 2 older people standing off in the distance (clearly the ones who got him drunk and are trying to get him to make them money or something)

Blessings to her family for their loss. She was a beautiful woman. As a local resident to this community of many years, the dangerous crimes are not new. Residents have sent petitions to Mike Bonin to plead for permit parking on Washington Blvd to prevent RVs and homeless from setting up camp and bringing crime and other improvements to the community that are constantly ignored. I have woken up with two men sleeping right outside my bedroom window just a couple blocks from there, and constantly had safety issues when living on the West of Lincoln MDR/Venice area. Just last year there was a stabbing, they may have never found the killer, and many documents of violent crimes. It is such a beautiful community and headed out to the marina right now, but concerning so much crime and always broken glass, random blood spatters. A sunny town, with a shady darkside.
