Today we're in Sleaford, at a spot called Frankie J's Cafe, where legend has it there's a food challenge that nobody has managed to crack since its creation two years ago...
Challengers must finish a mini-mixed grill, consisting of one gammon chop, an egg, black pudding, onion rings, chicken nuggets, tomatoes and a mushroom; one bacon cheeseburger, one chilli burger, some chips, a side salad and a milkshake. If you can sink it under thirty minutes, the meal is half price, but in order to get the £20 meal FREE, get your hands on a winner's shirt and land on the wall of fame proper, you have to finish the whole thing in fifteen minutes or less!

@@TheUKisThere i used to eat somewhat fat. Until my gf told me I should slow down so I can savor and enjoy the food. It has made such a difference. I enjoy my food more. And I actually eat slightly less because instead of eating so fast that I don’t get full until after I have finished, I now start to get a little full towards the end of the meal. I like this because sometimes I would eat so much that I actually got a tummy ache from being full. Because I would eat until I felt full, and that didn’t happen until I finished all the food. It takes like 20 minutes for our stomach to tell our brain that we are full. So now no more tummy aches and I enjoy the food more

A couple of months ago I stumbled upon one of this videos in my feed. Not sure why, I never watch stuff like this, videos about cooking or eating. Not a big eater myself either. Since I watched one, I get them recommended on a regular basis and in a strange way I'm always drawn to watching them. It's hard to explain why I like it, but I thinks it's a combination of the fact that you always cut to the chase, the videos are short, I'm curious whether you will make it, the different types of food they put into the challenges, how supportive most people are and your personality.
