"You can either purchase individual applications and connect them into each other and put them into each other like a puzzle, or you can buy our bundles," says Andrew Bourne, Zoho’s Regional Manager for Africa. "I'm going to talk about two bundles, one of which is CRM plus.
"CRM plus gives you all the applications you need for customer experience management: your CRM, your Zoho desk, Zoho Projects, Zoho campaigns, Zoho social and Zoho survey. And then there's also Zoho analytics built into that package deal.
"The biggest seller and our most successful product is Zoho One, which is very unique in the sense that you don't pay per user - you pay per employee! We brought this out because we want technology to be accessible and affordable. So if you're a one-person business, you will pay R450 excl VAT per employee per month… but you get access to more than 50 of those applications at enterprise level - and I mean 'full features'!
"The nice thing is that as a small business you can grow and every time you bring on a new employee, you know that it's this small fee per month… but now you've built this big ecosystem of applications connecting to each other."
