This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow class dedicated to cultivating joy and ease in your practice. It's a slow, heat building practice that includes some challenging OPTIONS. Class begins with a brief seated meditation, followed by a gentle warm up for the upper body and lunge salutes. The next two sequences include some playful variations on familiar poses, including humble flamingo from pyramid and a twisting swan from chair. A level 2 class that builds strength, flexibility and challenges your balance in equal parts. Most importantly, class emphasises finding enjoyment in your own practice, liberating your body with your movement and breath.
Ralphie makes a brief appearance before disappearing. He has a little limp from chasing his ball. He’s in recovery and slight shock that were not throwing the ball for him at the moment :-(
