This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow class dedicated to cultivating joy and ease in your practice. It's a slow, heat building practice that includes some challenging OPTIONS. Class begins with a brief seated meditation, followed by a gentle warm up for the upper body and lunge salutes. The next two sequences include some playful variations on familiar poses, including humble flamingo from pyramid and a twisting swan from chair. A level 2 class that builds strength, flexibility and challenges your balance in equal parts. Most importantly, class emphasises finding enjoyment in your own practice, liberating your body with your movement and breath.
Ralphie makes a brief appearance before disappearing. He has a little limp from chasing his ball. He’s in recovery and slight shock that were not throwing the ball for him at the moment :-(

I took a Viking Ship up the Rhine River from Basel Switzerland, along the French/ German Coastline up the Rhine to Amsterdam! It was amazing! I am so glad I took the trip! I met lots a lovely friends ! ❤️🥰

Luved the flamingo. It was my first time experiencing that pose. I liked the twists and balances. It was very strengthening, cleansing, and centering. Namaste Fiona.

I loved absolutely everything about this class! 45 minutes is my favorite length for a home practice and we could ALL benefit from a little extra joy. As a yoga teacher myself, I love learning new poses and that humble flamingo was a first for me! Thank you, Fiona!!

Wonderful class, Fiona. Thank you so much. Your channel is one of the reasons I have gotten back into Yoga after a break. Would you consider doing a class that one can do during period? Something for PMS/ cramps, etc.?

Thank you Courtney x hands slipping on the mat in downward dog is very common and frustrating. The first thing to check in, is to make sure your hands are fully planted on the mat - base knuckles and perimeter of your hands. Second, your mat! Some mats tend to be slippier x some need time to wear in. I have a manduka mat I’ve had for 15 years. Totally non slip! The jade yoga mats are also good I’ve found. Hope this helps x

Thanks, Fi. I love my Lulu mat, and when I’m sweaty, I stick downdog. I had a Jade but the thickness I had was hard on my joints so I switched. I’ll keep working on my hands. Thanks!

Courtney Price I agree with the jade ones. My green one in the videos always has an extra mat underneath for padding! The lulu ones I’ve found never quite wear in and remain a bit slippy but they are a robust thick mat x
