This is a 60 minute gentle 'head to toe' vinyasa slow flow. Indulge in some slow, fluid movement and wake all the compartments of your body. This is a deliberately slower paced flow with longer holds in accessible postures and slow transitions so you can enjoy an unhurried practice. A class suitable for all levels anytime when you need to stretch out, restore your range of motion and preserve your energy.
Loosen out through your neck, shoulders and wrists to warm up. Restore length to your outer hips and hip flexors and explore some gentle open twists. Class concludes with your choice of seated meditation or shavasana. Enjoy!

Perfect, more challenging than gentle per se, at least for the mountain gorilla on the mat here, I enjoyed it very much! Thank you, deeply, for your teaching presence - had to cushion my left knee & put weight on them slowly slowly, you got me every time telling me to unfrown my eyes & ease my mouth, had to laugh really, am making common mistakes, evidently. Concluded, [trombone fanfare!] w/ EightAngles 1st time successfully - wasn't a pretty sight, to be honest, but that's that, cns knows now where to get to. All thanks to you, Fiona, my final Headstand was very happy!

Thank you a lovely session. Tough night with baba so I was trying to be gentle with myself although my hips know they've been working - in a good way. Feeling very mellow and have the lovely sound of baba's breathing beside me. She loves the ujai breath so when she wakes early I do my practice beside her cot.

Mendo Yogi oh it’s such a shame your restrictions have coincided with one of your biggest annual family gatherings :-( we don’t celebrate thanksgiving here in Australia but we’ve done a great job of eating a lot lately and giving thanks and gratitude that we all have our health and family closer now. I’m so missing cooking! I haven’t had time :-( family becoming accustomed to fending for themselves! Will need to do a cook off on the weekend! I’ve ordered some semi prepared meals for the family this week. They need to cook them but all ingredients provided. It’s quite affordable and it’s from a fabulous restaurant in town... it’s called atlas Masterclass. Great recipes on their website xx happy thanksgiving. Have a wonderful time XX

Good Morning! Thank you for this beautiful practice! I did find more space and room with my old hips and spine! I was more mindful of your prompts! My practice is coming along and I feel good! Hope you are well and happy!❤️🙏🧘🏻‍♀️

I adore your videos. I’ve tried so many and I have a preference for slower flow so I can connect to my body and breath better (I’m not quite a beginner but not intermediate either). I find the pace and difficulty just right - a stretch not just physically but also to align everything in a way that feels integrated. Thank you so much for bringing Vinyasa flow into reaching distance!!

Chose this one today. It was exactly what I needed. After one of “those weeks🙄” , I needed something soothing to end my day with today, this was perfect. Nice gentle pace, still moving a nice slow flow, stretched and lengthened out my body after sitting most of the working day, and also focused on the calming breathe to help me unwind. Not too strenuous, but a lovely moving session that got into my nooks and crannies 😉. Thankyou so much
