I absolutely agree, in Tel aviv they have spaces only for gay men (beaches, bars, cafes ...etc) , in the UK, spain, Deutshland, Netherlands, Brazil... it is the case also !!! Now the other western countries should follow

I remember the Blue Moon nudist guesthouse in Ft Lauderdale in the early 2000s. It was a rundown dumpy guesthouse but boy was it fun for a daypass!

$300 a night is out of my budget. On Airbnb I found a 100% gay male guesthouse that is also clothing optional in Oakland Park (which is right next door to Wilton Manors and just a mile or two from Wilton Drive) for about $70 a night with taxes - weekly rate - for mid-June 2024. BTW another great beach which is just a dozen miles south of Fort Lauderdale is Hollywood Beach which I like better than the two you mentioned.

Thanks for sharing! And day passes are always an option :) We also priced out a premium room with two queens and a kitchen so not the least expensive available just as an fyi. On the strip we found a number of amazing happy hour deals, so definitely look into those on arrival. Safe travels!

I stayed there in 2002- I arrived late and was given a gate code and directions to my room. it was late enough not to go out but I did find a soda machine with a "special" button.

It is, a little more than half took advantage (including us!) with the rest in skimpy speedos!

I think hotels should provide a twink for a additional 300.00 a night and then that would help in my decision making.
