That Was The Laheripura Gate Which You Explored Sur Sagar Lake & Back Side Of Nyan Mandir Buliding On Your Left & On Your Right Side There's City Famous Shoping Centre Called Padmavati Building & Mangal Bazar, Nava Bazar Are For Shoping Only And Only Few Famous Food Vendors There, On The South Is The Champaner Gate, On The East Is The Pani Gate And To The South Is The Gendi Gate. The Centre Of The City Has The Pavillion Called The Mandvi.

Woh very nice to see you both here. What you are eating now is Dabeli. I make at home.. You have to get the bun from me d shop. Then lot of work on that, have to make potato boil n mix with some masalas, shallow fry n stuff inside the bun add some bujiya n all, chutney too then shallow fry the dabeli what yu had.

Actually, you have missed a lot at Vadodara,the real taste of Vadodara is “Sev usal with Tari”😅 Well,lot of more historical places in the city too. Vadodara is a very big city,To explore the city one day is not enough.! Well,you visited old city and enjoyed a lot❤

I am from vadodara..You starts vedio Sursagar Lake... Near Historical building is Nyaymandir ... it's some time before there was court... and after take tea on m.g.road.... You explore some place of Mangal Bazar.. if you ask someone for food or lunch they were guide you for it..food restaurants besides Mangal Bazar.. Vadodara famous food is Sev-Usal... You miss it...

It feels great to see my city from your camera and eyes. The Lehripura is the western gate. Like wise there are Southern gate (Gendi gate), Northern gate (Champaner gate) and Eastern gate (Pani gate). Mandvi is in the center of these 4 gates which served as a pavilion or a meeting point in the old city of Vadodara. The name Vadodara is derived from the word "Vad" which means the banyan tree in gujarati. There were many banyan trees in this city and hence the name is after banyan trees. The building that u saw at @4:44 is the district legislative court.

One Gujarati Dish Luke should have is called Jalebi Fafda. If he eats that everyday then he will become like Jethalal. Jethalal is a handsome Gujarati hunk who lives in Gokuldham society in Powder Gully Goregaon East Mumbai. Also it is quite Sundar in Gujarat.

True but Even there are so many Hill Stations exist in Gujarat State where temperature is colder like Saputara, Wilson Hills, Pavagadh, Dharampur and Don Hills inside UNESCO World Heritage Site-Western Ghats. Currently this is ideal time to explore those Hill Stations in Gujarat State.

The beautiful architecture, which you are curious to know about was earlier a district court, but now it is abandoned, and there are plans to convert it into a city museum. The court has been transferred to other place. This was built by the maharaja sayajirao gaekwad, III, and it was designed by designer Robert Chisholm. This building is known as nyay mandir or temple of justice.

Ahh.. you forget to use the different chutney with dabeli. Just behind people were using the chutney. In gujrat(generally in India) most of the street food is served with chutney. It just make a whole different taste and experience. I saw your Surat vlog. The market you were exploring there was called " chowk" it's chowk bazar but we just call it chowk. It is famous for cheap clothes and accessories. Everytime there's a wedding or some event whole family go to the chowk or Bombay market to buy clothes or whatever you need but you need bargaining skill to buy it cheap. It just take whole day for shopping so they offer some tasty snacks or some drink stalls to go. You guys need to visit again to try some local and famous dishes. Surat City is very big and you just explored the 1% of it. The surati people are known for their tasty appetite. Come visit again.Nice to see you in Ahmedabad and vadodara.

Its an old English built building dating probably from the 1860's !!. Interesting to know SL was less of 'sweet' are than India. I personally think that if you can find a 'RasMalai' bakery (milk dessert) you will find it is possibly the best Indian dessert ! Its subtle and full ! The fried stuff is very sweet. You'll see. Enjoy the trip !
