You have to survive after a concert as well
@AnaGarcia-yo9ym2 жыл бұрын
Man, after a concert, you're soooo hungry 😭, my family (we're all musicians) has the saying that we could each eat a whole cow. And in restaurants, I could eat big portion meals with dessert (I'm 125lbs so eating that much is very impressive). Next, the stage lights and crowdedness from choir/an orchestra, make the stage sooooo hot, so whenever you're offstage, you're gulping that water down. As a singer, you also need to help down some water and tea with honey to smooth your instrument. And after you're done celebrating in the concert hall lobby, packing your things, going to eat, driving home, getting undressed and prepping for the next day after a day of getting ready, practicing and prepping at the concert hall 1 hour before house opens, you're soooo tired. If you're lucky and you don't have any commitment the next day, you could wake up the next day mid afternoon and you would still feel like the life got drained out of you when you wake up. Some performers (myself included), have performance blues the next day, which practically means you're so emotionally/mentally drained, you feel down and anything can make you cry. So yes, that's eat, drink, sleep (try to survive) is exactly what's done after a concert. I hope this shed some light on why this rings so true with performers to anyone who was interested and committed to reading this super lengthy comment. 😊 Now go practice! 😝

umm as a bts stan I have to say wings is also a song not just the name of their album hahahha. the song is called outro: wings technically but most armys just call it wings, so Brett actually got 2 pop songs right! Congratulations, or commiserations.

I tried to play along and in the second question with the bow I just screamed HIT A BOY, HIT A GIRL, HIT A DOG! By that you must see that I'm not a violinist neither a good person.

The Minuet in G is actually not even composed by Bach!
@usageunit2 жыл бұрын
Why they gotta do my man Petzold like that?
@callalily39942 жыл бұрын
@@usageunit Whole lot of piano books are still putting Bach's name on it. (I got curious about this a few weeks ago and looked. They ranged from the correct credit -- "Christian Petzold, from the notebook of Anna Magdalena Bach," -- to things like "Bach (C. Petzold)" which conveys practically no information, to one older book that had originally had a short biography of Bach on that page, and when they put out their first new edition in 80 years, they just left that as it was and then added a line something like, "Since the original publication, it has been learned that this piece was probably composed by Christian Petzold, who was also a German composer."
