Nice comparison, I got the P322 on order. I knew I wanted it over the TX22 standard but was back & forth with the competition model. I can’t get the competition TX22 in my area for a fair price ($550 bucks in my area!) but managed to grab a P322 on order for $399. This video helped alleviate the uncertainty about weather I made the right choice.

Well now this is a interesting video and a tough decision between the tx-22 competition and the sig Sauer p322. So this is the reason that I bought both I purchased the Taurus TX 22 competition first and then the sig Sauer p 322 as soon as I could find one. I really enjoy shooting both of these pistols and I have a Red Dot sight on both of these pistols. As far as I'm concerned it's a tough decision between which one I like the most. I would have to give a slight edge to The Taurus tx22 competition trigger as it is excellent but then the sig Sauer also has a very nice trigger. I personally like the sig Sauer P322 just a little better.

I decided to get a TX 22 Competition over the P322 for several reasons - first, P322's are unobtanium in my area right now, while several places have TX 22 Standards and Competitions available - I have two Gen 2 Glocks, 9 mm and 40 S&W, and the Competition is very similar in weight, balance, and ergonomics - With the stock adapter plates and available Picatinny rail, you can mount nearly every pistol optic made on the Competition - You can buy conversion slides from Taurus, to turn a Standard into a Competition, and vice versa, but the slides for turning a Standard into a Competition have been out of stock for months, while the slides for turning a Competition into a Standard are still in stock - TX 22 has been out for over 3 years, and has a good number of reasonably priced aftermarket accessories for it already - and lastly, related to my first reason, I'm not going to buy a gun that I haven't had the opportunity to hold in my hands and see how it "feels".

Nice review! The Tx22 is patterned off the HkVP9 to the point you would have thought HK designed it. We have the TX22 and love it. Ours has been totally reliable with all bulk ammo unlike our Buckmark. We are interested in the P322 as is also American made, has a manuel safety, and so far with all reviews reliable.

Really I need both. Seems like sig is maybe in the middle of tx22 and tx22 competition feature wise. Tx22 competition runs over $500 now so probably will pick the Sig up first

Purchased my TX22 in 2019, 270.00, zero issues, I doubt there is 130.00 difference in these guns, I own a p320 too. Good video. 👍

If my month old TX-22 works great, I may cancel my order for the P322. I just don't have the time to go to the range that often and if the TX-22 fires out like it should....

Have one on order. Looks awesome!

Well sir, it is sounding like now if you could only have one you are leaning toward the Sig. I guess they are both so good...it is hard to pick a loser.

I’m going to purchase both to go along with my fn-502

Question...Why are you comparing the P322 to the COMPETITION TX22? Is the P322 that much better that you need a competition TX22 to be equal to the P322?

The answer is apparently....yes.

Don't know about the P322 but for the TX22 comp: "INCLUDES 2, TWO-SIDED ADAPTER PLATES TO EASILY MOUNT ALMOST ANY RED DOT SIGHT." (Sorry for the all caps - cut and pasted from Taurus site).
