My heart hurts just from seeing the thumbnail T-T Anyways, I've done a little research about the flowers in Taehyun's section, because I've been curious about those flowers and it's role in txt's story ever since the mv came out. Luckily, I manage to find the answers to my question. Although I'm not entirely sure if it has a deep connection to the story or not, but this is just my personal understanding. So the flowers that surrounded Taehyun in his section is called "Pansy". It's a symbol of *remembrance* , *nostalgia* (express our sadness when we miss someone or lost a beloved person) and it can also mean *forbidden love* (symbolize two faithful lovers who are separated either by distance or other reasons). Now breaking down to the flower's color, you can see that mostly the flowers are the color of *white* and *purple/blue* either on the side or in the middle of the flower, while in the end of the section it shows the only flower with the color of *yellow* on the side and *black/dark purple* in the middle of the pansy flower. So here is the meaning behind those colors: - Purple = royalty, nobility, beauty. - Blue = trust, honesty, loyalty (a strong symbolic meaning of a true and loyal friend). - White = purity, innocence, spirituality. - Yellow = happiness, positive energy, joy (gifted to a person who's going through rough moments in life, in order to brighten their day or make them feel better). - Black/Dark Purple = broken love (has a message of "I love you, but I know you don't"). In conclusion, I personally think that the friendship between Taehyun and Yeonjun is quite strong, because with the amount of pansies surrounding them both that literally symbolize Taehyun's sadness towards Yeonjun(a loyal friend) and before he saw Yeonjun up close, Taehyun's face was brighten up and he looks so happy seeing him from the distance, until he came up close and saw what happened to Yeonjun. Not to mention, pansies also symbolize forbidden love too, so in here they both are faithful friends that are being separated and the flower is expressing Taehyun's emotions. The remembrance and a nostalgic feeling towards Yeonjun. Not sure if this helps, but I thought I might share this information with you all and maybe help take off some of your burdens by making all these videos, 'cause man I have high respect for you for making these kinds of videos. My head is already hurting with these info and I can't even imagine how you feel after researching and putting all these info into your videos. Also, thank you for sharing the flowers in Taehyun's scene. I agree the flowers can mean something in the mv. There is a whole language of flowers. You are right about their friendship. I did research on it too. I found out some interesting things too. Did you know that some pansies are actually edible? You can eat them :) That also explains the skull shape at the end of the scene. It could also be poison. Also, the pansies I've searched up have such interesting names.

I thought I was done with time travel and time loops by the end of the DARK series, now TXT uses it to torment me too. XD I really like your theories, they are very crazy but they make a lot of sense, more than others I've seen. In some things we think the same. I believe that the history of TXT is the opposite of that of BTS. BTS's story is influenced by Carl Jung's personality theories and his "Soul Map", BTS tries to overcome and tame his dark side, his shadow. Rather, the TXT story is about how the "dark side" is winning the battle. The shadow within the boys is what leads them to unite, it is what gives them their magic and their desire for freedom. They are young, impulsive, irrational and wild, they don't want to take any responsibility for their life, they don't want to grow and this leads them to create Magic Island and Magic Hour. But obviously they cannot get rid of real life and its responsibilities and this begins to threaten their ideal world. I love the idea that you have that everything is a cycle, it makes a lot of sense to me. Every time they go to Magic Island (evade responsibilities), something bad happens in both worlds. The real and Magic Island. What TXT has to solve is to reach a midpoint where they can be free as they are on Magic Island and they can also be happy in the real world, without either world causing conflict with the other.

I don't think TXT's history is the completely opposite of BTS. They are both dealing with the shadows and light. One started in the shadows (BTS) and the other started with the light (TXT), but they will still end up together eventually. Isn't taming like subduing or repressing something? But BTS is not just overcoming or taming their shadows, they are accepting the shadows as they are. Also, that's not the point of Map of the Soul: Persona or Map of the Soul: 7. It's about accepting and freeing the shadow side, in a way to bring the unconscious to the conscious, so that their souls can be whole. And to look back on all the things they have accomplished while in the shadows; literally and figuratively. They are also aware that the shadows are always going to be there now. The "Map of the Soul" thing is just one part of BTS, there are way more things than Carl Jung's theories. They reference other kinds of literature too. It was very dark in there WINGS era, the "WINGS short films" and the "Save Me" Webtoon. They were consumed by the shadow at one point and felt lost. TXT started with their light. Now that they are growing as individuals and as a group, the shadows in life are kind of consuming them. So you are right about the shadow "winning the battle." Their light can also lead them to unite. That's why the song "Devil or Angel" talks about choosing one side over the other. But to be whole they have to try to accept both sides of themselves. I also think the light side can be part of their magic too as children. Children are often unburdened by responsibilities and they see things adults cannot (like magic in this case). It's about growing up, but also about not letting go of your childhood. Even if it's a good or bad memory it's good to look back, helps you grow and learn as an individual. One of them, Soobin wants to be like Peter Pan and stay young forever lol Which also reminded me of the song "Young Forever" from BTS. Agreed, the idea of a cycle makes sense. You're right "every time they go to Magic Island (evade responsibilities), something bad happens in both worlds. The real and Magic Island." Yeah, they need to find a balance between the shadow and light. So Jung's theories can be used here too, like the imaginal or active imagination. He spoke a lot about dreams too. By recording and analyzing one’s dreams, determining their meaning and relevancy, Jung thought one could integrate unconscious contents into consciousness. The shadows of life can be difficult to deal with. It's very interesting that you mention the Japanese MV with Huening Kai having some kind of cheat code for the game. I think that's referenced in cat and dog as well. The guys all have dice lollipops right before Yeonjun's rap in that song, but only Kai spins/rolls the die. And considering Soobin sees Kai when the die is rolled, I think that maybe it's Kai's actions that set off the chain of events. Especially since he's seems to be highly linked to Yeonjun's pain. If you look at nots, Kai saves Yeonjun. If you look at magic island, Kai again moves from behind yeonjun to in front of him while the train runs them over. If you look at cysm, after Kai stops tolerating Yeonjun and Beomgyu, Yeonjun burns the house. I think the lyrics of crown say an angel helps, and that could refer to Kai because of his wings. But then here the words "back then I thought it was salvation" might mean that Kai doesn't save him but rather is the one to kill him, for whatever reason. And the 3 that was rolled in baby Kai's scene could represent the 3 in the sign above Yeonjun (A-3) where he sees himself dead

I love this theory so much. I think one thing that gets skimmed over though is Cat and dog. At the ending of cat and dog we get the paw-prints on the beach. I think it’s the cat and it’s where the whole time loop begins. In cat and dog they make a “wish” to play forever, which starts the whole loop going. It makes sense because if you connect this to the BU/save me webcomic, Jin makes a wish on a beach with a white cat. It could be the same cat on the same beach. It would explain why time is looping over and over (just like in the BU) and to further the point, the cat in the webtoon isn’t shown with one blue and one green eye, but if you look at the Jin art you figure it comes with that same exact white cat and it has a blue and green eye. The cat is what granted them the wish in the first place. I could be completely wrong but it ties in really well with this theory. Thank you for sharing!!

Every time we're describing the same/similar things, I'm not surprised anymore. My notes are long, these are all the things I observed before watching this theory video. (I'm using a Mac, notes app) lol But the Jumanji part doesn't count because I didn't realize or see that could be part of this mv, I learned that after watching your theory video. Also, please read the comment I wrote before this one. (That comment is probably at the bottom of this comment section now.) Since you've mentioned games. I've actually written down a game that the mv reminded me of besides Jumanji, but that’s for section 6 or 7 in the music video. I mean the game thing was foreshadowed in the Japanese version of the "Run Away" mv. They are literally playing games and using alchemy (magic). Fun and games until things start going wrong. In Jumanji, the characters have to protect the game. TXT is continuously protecting a book (a spellbook or the 'Eternally' book). It's part of the TXT Universe. Also, Jumanji is a good film and an interesting children's book (The 1995 film is great and I read the book when I was younger). The completion of a game of Jumanji reverses time, a time before it-the game was opened. If someone wins the game, they will be restored to life or more accurately, they never will have died in the first place. That's why TXT are all alive at the beginning of the music video. The beginning part of the mv is probably the end. They finally made it there through all the chaos. We're seeing what leads up to them being together again. When the 'Eternally' song picks up it's almost like a feeling of running from something or fighting it, the melody sounds fast-paced and eerie. There is also alchemy involved, it's why I said it reminded me of those alchemical quaternity colors (black, white, yellow, red) in the “The Dream Chapter: ETERNITY Trailer.” Alchemy is a symbolic representation of the individuation process. If we are still connecting TXT with BTS, it all makes sense. Remember that house from the ‘Can’t You See Me?’ music video. This is just something I noticed while reading about symbols and stuff like that. I thought it was interesting, I wanted to share it and it gave me chills while reading it. I read about Jung dreaming about the self as a house. It was when he was about to begin on a new path in his work. It’s a kind of dream that many people have at key turning points in their lives. Jung writes “before I discovered alchemy, I had a series of dreams which repeatedly dealt with the same theme. Beside my house stood another, that is to say, another wing or annex, which was strange to me. Each time I would wonder in my dream why I did not know this house, although it had apparently always been there.” (Annex is a building joined to or associated with the main building.) He didn’t notice it there in the first place, it’s like he forgot it was there. Relating back to TXT, I said it was like they had a forgotten dream or a hazy/vague dream. They don't remember every time they go back to the dream and something new starts to happen. (Also, their dreams and reality are mixing together.) We were also thinking that TXT doesn’t remember the promise they made to each other and to the star. The time loop resets like with BTS and Jin. He is the only one that remembers after every reset. He is the one that wants to break the time loop. “Finally, there came a dream in which I reached the other wing. I discovered there a wonderful library, dating largely from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. Large, fat folio volumes, bound in pigskin, stood along the walls. Among them were a number of books embellished with copper engravings of a strange character, and illustrations containing curious symbols such as I had never seen before. At the time I did not know to what they referred; only much later did I recognize them as alchemical symbols. In the dream, I was conscious only of the fascination exerted by them and by the entire library. It was a collection of medieval incunabula and sixteenth-century prints." (Incunabula is an early printed book, one printed before 1501.) Doesn’t this remind you of Jungkook finding the book ‘Magic Shop’ in the VCR of “Magic Shop” and the VCR from TXT with the library and the ‘Eternally’ book? "The unknown wing of the house was a part of my personality, an aspect of myself; it represented something that belonged to me but of which I was not yet conscious…." (These are quotes from the book ‘Memories, Dreams, Reflections’ by Carl Jung.) Jung’s dream of a new wing on his “house” was related to him discovering alchemy. For TXT, I think the theme of a “new wing” on their “house,” a door that suddenly appears and which leads into a new room. Also, the house in 'Can't you See Me?' mv is on fire, that's not a good sign. TXT is always finding doors to rooms and places in their memories/nightmares or dreams. Maybe it’s because they are growing as artists and it’s a turning point in their lives, right. Making mistakes, but learning from them. The turning point of their youth to adulthood.

The time loop is so similar to BTS Jin in their narrative! Maybe that connects them somehow? Also soobin not wanting to grow up and always staying a boy kinda reminds me of Peter Pan and since he is the leader of the group, it might make TXT the lost boys (see what I did there?) Also one of the earlier versions of the story state that Peter is not capable of growing older, but the lost boys are and so when the boys start to grow older Peter kills them so that they don't leave him. And in this narrative, Soobin is lonely, he doesn't want the others to leave him, so what lengths would he go to to keep them?

I know that the chaos chapter is already out I just wanted to share something I noticed. In the Eternally at the start( when they look like demons) they look similar to their characters in Nap of a star just in a more scary way. Similarities are Yeonjuns horns, Kai with wings, Bomgyu with needles, Soobin with his big ears and Taehyun with his eye ( I am sorry if I wrote anything wrong)
