I think the Ghost Lady is MOA... Soobin was crying after he had met little Huening because he finally remember what they had made to cause 'The Star' (MOA) fell asleep (dead), and then the Ghost Lady (also the ghost/spirit of the star) came and hugged him to comfort him as if saying "It's Ok..."

The villain and dragon know he doesnt aware of his power so thats why they tried to kill or kidnapped him...because hueningkai will become the threat to the dragon and villains later. The member also probably aware hueningkai still don't know to use his power so that's why they tried so hard to protect him at all costs
