Great video. I've been dealing with this question recently. I don't want to be scary, just assertive. PS. Try to get video without little voices talking all the way through it, of possible, but only if possible.

Is it just me, but working her on such a short rope makes it impossible not to repeatedly bump her nose which turns her inside when he didn't want her to turn inside and confused the mule? No one else is seeing that? Why such a short lead?
