Brady has been carried by Belichick’s elite defenses, taking pressure off Brady on a regular basis and placing him and his offense in optimal positions to score. My mom was at the Front Desk when Ty Law came in and checked some of his friends and family into the hotel she was working at during the Super Bowl in Jacksonville. She came home and said that he was the nicest and friendliest persons she had met celebrity wise ever, she had met Pink Floyd who she also said were very friendly and left her a good tip when she waited on them back in the '70s, a few singers, couple actors and actresses over her time in hospitality.

No. Tom Brady is not the best football player ever. He's obviously one of the greatest and the most accomplished QB ever and probably best QB ever, but not best football player ever. A couple of very simple reasons really: QBs have not been required to do as much athletically as other positions. They are highly protected and that lengthens their careers also in recent years the rule changes have allowed them to pass for exorbitant numbers. But most importantly Tom Brady did not redefine a position or change how the game was played. Jerry Rice is the greatest ever in my opinion. Completely changed the game and his records won't be broken for a while even in this pass happy league. Also L.T. completely changed how defense was played and is one of only two defensive players to win NFL MVP. And then we could also consider Barry Sanders, Walter Payton and Jim Brown.
