With the Soul King's Heart and Left Arm, I know this is just my own headcanon at this point, but my suspicion plot-wise is that each part gaining sentience/their own body is tied to Yhwach's Kaiser Gesang. I mean, the anime showed us that Ichibe sacrificed the Left Arm of the Soul King to seal Yhwach's Almighty, and in both versions, the verse of 'Regaining his Strength' marked the moment he used Auswahlen to kill all impure Quincies. So it stands to reason that the 'Regaining his Sanity' and 'Regaining his Heartbeat' verses mark another significant moment. I'm thinking that, after Sasakibe impaled Yhwach in the original invasion (where the Almighty was still sealed so he couldn't do the 'pull from different future' cheat), the Lichtreich had to implant the Soul King's heart inside to keep the Emperor alive. So, after 900 years, the King regained his heartbeat - his own heart healed, possibly with some influence of 'the Miracle' tied to the Soul King Heart - and the substitute heart separated and likely grew into the being we now know as Gerard Valkyrie. Then, after 90 years, Yhwach was somehow able to dislodge the Left Arm from himself, which then referred to itself as Pernida Parnkgjas. Sure, this does not immediately unseal the Almighty (as that only comes at the end of the 9 Years of Power), but I'd like to think that the seal had an additional effect of sealing Yhwach's ability to initiate Auswahlen - or if not seal it, scramble it so that if Yhwach tries, it will absorb _every_ single Quincy without discrimination, leaving him no soldiers whatsoever. So the regaining of Sanity at the end of the 90 years marked when Yhwach was finally able to throw Pernida off and initiate the targeted Auswahlen - since he now regained the 'Sanity' required to target specifically the impure Quincy while keeping the 'pure' Quincy safe.

About the vizard and captains not using the masks the awnser is subtle. Hirako took off his captain coat if you notice. And then notice his words. If the gotei 13 cant beat you then the vizards will. The captains didnt use there masks because it would dishonor the 13 squads

It was spectacular. I liked the banter Yoruichi shared with her brother. He apparently learned/mastered Shunko very quickly with ease, something neither Yoruichi or Soifon were able to do. It may be why Yoruichi has a somewhat dismissive and exasperated attitude towards him. Why train endlessly for centuries when you can pick it all up in an afternoon. But that's just me speculating.

It hasn't saved Bleach yet. Cour 3 didn't cover the part people were upset about the most (besides Uryu). Cour 4 is where the real fixing will take place. Cour 3 finale did a good job at setting up Cour 4 though. The Cour 4 teaser however has me sweating. IYKYK but the first time was fine, the second time was the most ass disappointing moment of all Bleach even if the panel looked good artistically. WE NEED TO SEE IT, SEE IT PROPERLY.

Adding band-aids to your story don't cure the core problems. How did Souken get a "key" to travel to Wahr Welt before he got banished? The Quincy's went to hide in the shadows of the Soul Society. How is Souken Ishida up in the Royal Palace before Aizen? Speaking of, why was he banished and not offed like Bazz-B's clan? If Ichigo is part Quincy, why is Uryu the only Quincy to survive Auswählen? Katagiri was an impure Quincy just like Ichigo and died. How is Yoruichi's brother able to stand in Wahr Welt? Remember how Rukia and Renji were on the floor, training with Osho in the Royal Palace? And I'm guessing Wahr Welt has an even greater amount of spiritual energy. There's even more to get at.. Feels like Bleach fans are like women, and like to gaslight themselves & each other into delusion.

superior who 😂 bro it isnt that serious but as for the points you have made 1- souken wasnt banished nor killed by yuha as he wasnt even alive at the time yuha was conquering new territories , what does souken have to do with the soul kings palace? when did they mention anything like that the key is to reach a part of the wandenriech not the soul kings palace , yuha transferred that part to the sk palace hence why the portal opens in the place that is located (now) in the sk palace 2- we thought that uryu is a special quincy and thats why he survived the auswahlen as well as appointed as yuhas successor however episode 40 disproved this "theory" as katagiri is seemingly unaffected by the auswahlen unlike uryu we will have to wait until they explain this part in cour 4 3- everybody can stand in wahrwelt but the difference in reishi concentration made it hard to walk initially it is like standing in chamber where gravity is much larger than normal + yoruichis brother is literally the head of a noble clan and showed a lot of potential so even if it was hard for captain level soul reapers to stand he isnt that much weaker what is your point lol
