I've spent the past two decades creating visual art as ISO50 and music as Tycho. You can think of ISO50 as an operating system and Tycho as a product of the process design within that system. I've long been drawn to the intersection of sound and imagery and I've spent my career creating work that seamlessly melds the two.
My first NFT collection - Element - channels memories and environments through unreleased musical compositions and animations. Photography, design and music by me; animations in collaboration with Michael McAfee.

If you want to preserve these environments you shouldn't be selling NFTs. They're awful for the environment.

Third-generation blockchains like Cardano, Polkadot, Algorand, Elrond, etc are hundreds if not thousands of times more energy-efficient. Even the argument that Bitcoin is inefficient ignored that it is primarily powered by renewables, and blockchains are gamified to encourage the cheapest source, being renewables. Don't buy into the FUD (fear, uncertainty and doubt) we should be encouraging artists who now have an opportunity to make money from their art when they could not before. You can go today and mint on blockchains that are carbon neutral. NFTs/smart contracts/blockchains are the third layer of the internet. They get criticised because the data is so trackable, but they're a transparent ledger, or database of funds and transactions. Compare that to the untrackable energy demands of the banking industry, and other networks of industry which can now be replaced by efficient immutable databases of information that remove the need for every "middle-man" company or app. They allow the world to trustlessly commerce with the entire world directly. I trust code more than I trust the government. Blockchains give power to the people.
