Tech entrepreneur Bryan Johnson is 45 years old but he wants the body of his 18-year-old self. He wants to reverse the aging process in his brain, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, teeth, skin and more. Johnson built a medical suite in his California home with a team of 30 doctors and health experts. He works out for an hour every single day which consists of 25 different exercises. Also to keep track of his health, Johnson undergoes numerous blood tests.

There was a time when people rarely made it to 50 years old, living a longer and healthier life ( let's say we can make it to 150-200 ) is something I would take any day if it's on the table.

Ya, it's just doctors giving him validation and getting paid for it lol. My 18 year old self had a lung capacity better than 99% of other 18 year olds from being a competitive swimmer. Didn't really notice a difference versus my less active self today just doing a regular 30-60 minutes of daily cardio. All it is is just a number on a machine you breathe into, nothing practical about it. Unless you're trying to summit Everest without oxygen or become a free diver who tf needs that lung capacity. Besides, its not really that impressive to be 45 and have have the lung capacity of the average sedentary teen who sits on a couch all day and plays video games or browses social media.

@letsdoodlesomethinghome3404
@letsdoodlesomethinghome3404 Жыл бұрын
@@Bunny11344 what?? Idk where u got that but not from a doctor that’s for sure. Lifting weights isn’t the only muscle building activity you can do, also it builds muscle. But not much else… Cardio helps you lose weight (excessiveness will make you lose muscle and has the chance of you gaining more weight however). Cardio also helps with your heart therefore your heart/blood pressure. Don’t do more than 60mins per day tho (unless you’re an athlete that’s active in a cardio sport, but even then.. be mindful.) Well balanced exercise and eating is best, sure it won’t make you live longer or look younger but it’ll be good for your body and therefore yourself and even your mood/mental health. Doing what this tycoon is doing is like trying to control life and time itself, therefore you waste your time, your money and your life. You can’t control living, tbh you’re being ‘controlled’ by it. Personification, sorry I’m a bit corny 😅.

@@letsdoodlesomethinghome3404 idgaf about losing weight as building muscle especially for women is even more difficult cause of hormones. Scientist believe in a lot of things. Overwhelming majority of what they believe turn out to be wrong when tested through the scientific method. Most sensible scientists reflect on their belief when their belief does not withstand the test of the scientific method. The ones that hold onto their belief and keep testing without reflecting on the result eventually go into religion (either quit science all together, or apply religious like behavior in science)

*In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.*

Attention: I think that everyone should be walking on a treadmill for 33 minutes a day, swimming 7 laps a day, doing jump rope for 33 minutes, along with having a good diet. A diet that includes no soda, no donuts, no pizza, no greasy tacos, no pasta, or greasy burgers. I think that my recommendation is safe and it can change the life of someone for the better. My recommendation won't transform your body into a super fit body like the one that the host of Men's Maxxing has, but it will get you healthy, but you must go slow and use a lot of caution. Having a healthy lifestyle will help you beat brain fog, and your muscles will be toned and not flabby. Take care, be blessed. April 5, 2023. USA. North America.
