Just bringing this thread back to life, lovely fly Davy, i love watching all of your videos they are so well explained as well, lovely looking fly, i shall be tying that shortly and trying it from my Kayak, in the Sea :)

I tried this tonight for my 4th ever fly, it was looking so good until it all unravelled at the end. whip finishing is so hard. thanks for the vides davie your a LEGEND, hopefully after the winter i'll have my box fulled up.

Another beautiful presentation Davie, how do you secure the wax to your finger? I find it frustrating constantly picking up the cube…

Hi Grandpa Chris R, I made a video on how I prepare my wax for sticking to my finger so I have attached a link to it for you to see,.
