Tying the Wiggle Hare's Ear Nymph

Are wiggle nymphs more effective? The jury is out on this, but mayfly and stonefly nymphs do wiggle in the water and this style of fly could be more effective, especially in slower water where trout get a better look at their food.

Isonychia is absolutely is the bug for doing this. I have been trying to add cdc or ostrich to the sides and a white stripe on the back. Issue is I don't weigh them and I use them as my dropper nymph because I don't want to lose them.
