When was this and at which venue?

I was at this show, it was 1994 at Webster Hall in the balcony lounge. The little in store show was at Rocket Rags a record shop on St. Marks place. This was the only time I got to see Tyla perform, unfortunately I never got to see The Dogs D’ Amour perform.
