I had to go and research on the matter before commenting. Indeed if Chidimma was born in South Africa she would qualify for citizenship if one of her parents was a citizen or had permanent residence. If her mum did not have citizenship then she would not qualify. I think the matter should just be addressed on the facts and not to bring in other issues.
