@ReaK-u9f18 күн бұрын
I get it but that’s something all pop stars have to do, especially now in the age of “cancel culture”. Celebrities have always benefited from media training so that they communicate more effectively and their words aren’t misinterpreted. It seems like she hasn’t received any media training though and I’m wondering if it’s because everything happened really fast, like she said. She could definitely benefit from media training and more media prep.
@sportsnumber156718 күн бұрын
@@ReaK-u9fIt has nothing to do with media training. It’s people always looking for a fault in her so they always create narratives. Objectively speaking, Tyla is the closest to perfect since the likes of Bey. She is talented, beautiful and has a fun but confident personality. Automatically people think she thinks high of herself when she doesn’t.
@ReaK-u9f17 күн бұрын
@@sportsnumber1567 no it definitely has to do with media training. If she keeps getting misinterpreted she needs to be taught how to communicate in a way that makes it almost impossible to poke holes and spin narratives. All of the greatest pop stars had to learn this, including Beyonce. I’m not just referring to the VMAs speech either. Media training would’ve benefited her in other “controversies” she’s been involved in, The Breakfast Club interview being the most notable. She would’ve known how to navigate the conversation and answer the interviewer’s questions while still protecting her brand - because it definitely took a hit after that interview. I also think she’s amazing but I can acknowledge where there’s room for improvement and how she communicates is one of these areas. She’s not perfect, she’s still a baby at this and her star is still rising. It’s still possible for her to course correct if her team tightens up on some of the basics of PR management.
