This is an intermediate to advanced vinyasa flow, with an emphasis opening the hips. The vinyasa yoga that I share is all about exploring the body. There is nothing to accomplish here. So please practice with an open heart and be gentle with your thoughts. Follow along loosely. Give yourself space to move and breathe to your own natural rhythm.
