I love the simplicity of this - no music either! I actually felt natural warmth towards the end. I will keep practicing this. S valuable, thank you.

Ty, your classes are a delight ! Thanks a lot for everything you give. I was wondering, it looks a bit like ashtanga in the form, and you have a " standing pose sequence" : is it your invention ? Or is it like a traditional vinyasa sequence that has been taught to you? I am just curious and willing to learn more. I wish you will come back to Paris, and this time I hope I won't miss your venue ! Thanks again

Thank you Ty for sharing this wonderful lecture. Does anyone know the name of the Sanskrit poet and this poem / chant?

Wonderful practice and what a beautiful shala! Thank you so much :) On a side note: I love the little detail at 9:16 (In case the omission of Utkatasana was not intentional). Happens all too often to me in the first Surya Namaskara B and it's so refreshing to see that it simply happens :)

Would you say then, that for humans, the ultimate creative effort could be to create life? To give birth, to pass on, to let the creative force continue in a way? It doesn’t have to be necessarily the same for everyone of course, but in the end it almost feels like, natural, to come to that “conclusion”. Thank you so much for this talk Ty

Grateful for all of these flows we get to share in. I was wondering, I saw your black lotus beginner video was up for a few days and had only found the time to practice it once and loved it, but saw it was taken down when I wanted to practice it once more - will you make your black lotus yoga available online somewhere again?

This is such a beautiful class. I wasn't able to do all poses, and found myself laughing with some of them 😂 but in the end, it doesn't really matter. The devotion this class requires enlightens the soul. So so beautiful. Thank you, Ty!
