Admired your practice for a while Ty. What advice can you give to someone who is overweight??? I practiced with an app called Down Dog for about 3 months and enjoyed it some, but it just got too hard to do daily. Since then I’ve gained about 70lbs and find it almost impossible to do poses that used to be relatively easy.
