Not being able to use voice chat is literally a skill issue, just like chat. Having chat is a competitive advantage, so why is /mute all allowed? And why wouldn't /mute all also work for voice chat? Not to mention that the real unfairness is to have a random team actually be cool with each other to join a discord while the other team doesn't have easy capabilities and are either too lazy or shy. So to provide voice chat would actually make it more fair for both teams because it would no longer be a matter of if they're premade or not, but if the player is not shy. Even then, pings will still be a thing

I think most people are able to be more toxic when players are not humanized through voice comms. If you notice, tyler was much nicer than he'd normally be during the voice comm game, because suddenly you're talking to real people vs chat and spam ping for flame
