yea his Q now heals based on missing HP, really needed caus why even have a heal when its just 120hp MAX, ult ap max% dmg now procs on every hit but does 1% less dmg. E now cast faster and should feel better to use.

I would delete illaoi's W and replace it with something like zyra which is planting a tentacle on demand. Moreover i would make tentacles do less damage when multiple hits same champion, but 2 tentacles hitting same champion slow, three tentacles stun (with a timer like Udyr's bear). Work the correct numbers just, i hate current W as it doesn't fit her playstyle and it is single the most frustrating ability to play against.
