btw you gave yourself gerd with years of over eating to build muscle, your body has to compensate every time you eat by producing a ton of stomach acid so when you eat a light meal your body produces way too much acid for it and boom acid reflux. the solution is to eat small acidic meals for a couple weeks and allow your body to downregulate it's acid production
