I understand Dragunov and Nina need their damage checked, but why is no one looking at Hwoarang?

@@mustafainjilaniIm not the most knowledgeable by any means, but how tho ? He a lot plus frames, good wall carries, the highest damage wall combo in the game, good launchers, good mix ups. He just alil leaner.

If we're looking at combo damage alone, Hwoarang is definitely a big offender. His carry, damage and wall combos are extremely strong, and he doesn't have a hard time getting launches due to his great whiff punisher, plethora of safe mid launchers/heat dash launchers and his borderline busted CH game in heat. He's held back in other aspects of the game, which keeps him from being too strong for his own good, but his combos definitely need some "downward adjustment".

Hey, when you mention no counter hit on reversal what do you mean by that? Like an attack after a tech roll?

If they make Victor's B2 viable ( better range to be at least on par with Leo's S4 and rest of the cast) and make it a legit i12 CH tool plus better reward from his homing moves I'd be pretty much happy with Victor for the rest of this game's life cycle. ( getting a little greedy here but if they increase the D3's push back on hit that'd also be great. )
