Hello Tyler. Just wanted to thank you for the “GOLDEN RULES” of dealing with ungrateful, manipulative, arrogant, thoughtless, immature, thieving, and lying people. I have had “NO CONTACT” for a couple of months now with some family members and co-workers. Life is better. I am less stressed. I don’t care what they say or feel about me, or anything else, because they have proven to me, they don’t care about me. When I look back and remember my life (from childhood to this day) with them, it was there all along. Thank you again.

Story time! I have a relative that likes to talk on the phone with me just to pick my brain in order to fuel topics for a podcast that they won't even invite me to be a guess on. To make things worse, they'll repeat the things I said to them back to me as if I never said it to them in the first place. In addition to that, I shared an idea for a mixtape & invited them to participate with me on it some years back, complete with concepts, song titles & the works which was met with little feedback. Years later, this same person tells me they have an idea for a mixtape then commence to say the title that I shared with them originally... Ain't that some sht?!?! I'm a ghost now... poof! 🤣

Just when you think the situation is resolved and moved on the narc will slam you with your own words. This can be a day, a week a month, a year or even more later. That's why silence is the key. No one in my family is allowed to speak with me verbally except one sister as verbal talking gives them an emotional entrance to suck supply- so I starve them out. If they text I may respond with a one or two word phrase like un huh or probably, maybe, hmmm. Give them nothing.

Tyler you are a rare person that can see faults in things 100% of ppl take as truth for granted. Ppl call us crazy because they don't see all the angles of why everyone is misunderstanding. all the backwards. I love you for being fearless and pointing out the truths, and no one still understands. They still will think you're nuts, but they just can't see truth through the majority opinion. I like your no nonsense approach and that you are a very genuine guy. I don't think there are many people like that out there these days. I was told, I'm timid by a white British lady acquaintance at church. She was laughing with my so called black British friend who was sitting close by, saying they are more upfront and confident. This is the problem too when one asks for prayers/associates with the wrong people at church who are actually uncaring, unspiritual and fake. I replied to this lady explaining that, ' people in this culture think to be polite is a weakness ' I added, ' You do you and I will do me.' 'We can't all be the same'. ( I'm a foreigner, I speak different and everything, I know I'm a lady and I am well spoken.) She also asked my so called friend who was sitting near me what she gets from me. My so called Black British friend said, she gets ' nothing '. I was hurt and , could only reply saying 'that's not good'. Now the so called friend is calling me to chat, sending Christian messages. I have not replied. I'm done. Glad though I came across your videos, helps to see what their next reactions will be.
