True shit. I had a person in my life that was my high school best friend. He kept talking about suicide and that his life + work is meaningless. I tried reaffirming him but he was just soo toxic. He kept messaging me for approval and it was soo draining. I just said bye and blocked him on all social media accounts. #1 really hit me. He was a taker and I was tired of giving. I needed to see this. I should feel no guilt and made the right decision. I had no emotional resources for myself

God removed two longlife friends of mine a year ago. It broke my heart and I cried for a few days. Their betrayal was the last straw for me to finally 'get it'. These two people did not have my well-being in mind. I kept fighting it off... letting them hurt me for years. I was afraid to cut them off. CUT THEM OUT!! SHOW THEM THE EXIT DOOR RIGHT OUT OF YOUR LIFE!! I feel lighter and happier these days. They're puzzled on how and why I did this and I just keep it movin'. No explanation given. Those who later on become "former friends" never intended to stay from the very beginning. If they were genuine, sincere and authentic from the start, they wouldn't cowardly walk away. Yup. Had a friend who I thought was a “real friend”. She came down to my state for 3 days, & we met each other for only 1 day (but had fun). Fast forward: she posted on her Instagram *thank you @some friend & @some other friend* for spending time w/ her for these 3 days, but she didn’t tag me. Ion got time for catty girls, so it doesn’t matter how good the bond was between us, I blocked her w/out asking her any questions. Don’t have time to “chase her”. Why would I “NOT” trust my guts if my guts is telling me she’s fake?

Tried so hard to make it work with my childhood Best friend. She was so selfish whilst I was giving and she brought out the worst in me.. But it never sat right in my spirit for her to be in my life any longer. Like you said she moved away to another state (God removed her) and the final thing for me to do was to block her.
