If you read the product info you will see orbit professional series uses the 160 psi pump. The other stuff they sell has a tap source image.

Hi Tyler. Great job on this video my friend. Very informative and I like the way you did the edits...espcially cutting the zip ties. It's supposed to be 113 degrees in Medford, Oregon tomorrow. I think the Mist System you described would be a nice addtion. Thanks again for taking the time to do this.

Bought one and every joint leaked! Threw it out and went with pvc, much better and last longer.

Do you/furniture get wet or does the vapor basically just instantly evaporate?

system leaks so bad using the Orbit Arizona Pump. I have called Orbit and was told it would be OK to change the poly to a 3/8 OD copper line every 2 feet. (Hmmm? I just might do that) Works better but when the pump is turned on 3 connectors still fail. Why doesn't someone just come up with a "Compression" T setup? I was forced to use a 3/8 splice at the first connector with copper on one side connected to the poly. Orbit, you have to know of this failure.

Great video! One quick question, did you ever wind up buying the pump as well? I have a similar application that I was thinking about using it for but was torn on if I would need the booster pump or not. Was wondering what your thoughts would be now that you have had it for a year.

I live in sunny at pete Florida. Just installed mine and the water pressure is too low where I live (30-40psi). Therefore the regular water pressure off the spigot is too low and the “mist” is not fine mist to a point where it gets everything wet instantly including myself. Did some research seems it needs more pressure, the more psi the finer the mist. I just purchased an orbit 160 psi booster. Great reviews and can’t wait to try it out. I think it should solve the problem. Seeing this video he could use a booster to get the spray controlled and longer.

Don Sherpa howd that pump work out Don?
@donsherpa98334 жыл бұрын
Anthony Fletcher it works great! Def a significant change in pressure. The mist is much finer than before. Dispersion is a lot more significant as well. You can literally here the difference between regular spigot water pressure and the booster pump, meaning you can hearThat “pshhhhhhhhhhhh” noise if it makes sense. Sad that most of these amazon reviews on misting nozzle kits don’t mention the booster pump, in my opinion it’s useless without it. Good luck hope this helps! I might post a video on it in the near future.

Mine too. Anyone found a solution. I tried tape, yeah rather a stupid idea. Thinking of trying silicone around the end, and then pushing it in?

Why Not Simply Use Krazy Glue, or a Mixed epoxy , just a fine coat before You assemble the Mist connectors / where the Barbs Go into the House... It won't Leak, and it Won't come apart, and the Nozzles will be Secured in the Spraying Direction You Like Most..!! Just Sayin ... BillinL.A. 7-15-2022
