@@gavinfournier1568 I did rush the running plan in order to peak at my race. I would suggest you try to do the whole of a program which take about 24 weeks. Also be warned that the program for at least the 1-2 mile takes the weekly milage up by a lot. Don't immediately start with the program begin by increasing your weekly mileage. If you don't ease into the program you will get an overuse injury like me.
