For a regular fit dude. My guess would be 8 should be fine, 16 you are going to feel it near the end and the next day you'll be like 80-90%. Then trying the 32 is very unlikely. In kilometers you probably get to 32 and fail the 64. Day increments by 1mile is harder to estimate, again a regular fit guy 15-16 days maybe ?

The comment I was looking for. This is my heart rate for an all-out 10k. When I take things really chill, I stay below 130, sometimes even 120, going about half (!) of my 5k pace.

Nice video, congrats on pushing through to when you did. That sharp increase was just crazy to think about, even as someone who runs 10 miles daily for a first run. I will say if you ever want to repeat the challenge, it looks like you're running somewhere you could use headphones. I would 100% recommend like some music or an audiobook. Just something to distract your brain from the reality of running for longer than 1 hour. But still congrats on the milage, man!

Nice effort. Forcing yourself to do 10 minute miles on the 8 and 16 mile days might have let you finish 32. I think I could double my miles 8 days in a row, if I started at 1/8 mile. 😅

I'm gonna give this a shot once I start uploading videos myself. It's on my bucket list for sure. I can do 16 miles now, I can't do 32. I intend to finish my first marathon in 2026 or 2027 which will likely be total chaos and then after that I'll see about starting recording stuff.

I just ran a trail 50k on Saturday. 32 on the road would've been easier, but running the day after was out of the question. Makes Tara Dower's Appalachian trail record of 52 miles/day for 41 DAYS straight seem even more ridiculous!

Bro your heartrate was very high on those runs! Your easy pace is way below what you were running. You could have recovered much better by going slower. I bet you could have knocked out the 32 at a slower pace. Very solid none the less.

Bro, After day 5 "that is the longest I've run in a year"? That is crazy. And after every workout your heart rate was in the 180s. You could have made this much easier on yourself if you stayed in your Zone 2 heart rate and slowed the miles down. Obviously it would have still been an incredible challenge, but it would have been far easier on you.
