I think you missed on opportunity on the power of Live's internal tools in this video, Slicing to audio, changing the midi, changing individual slices to different samples, simpler slicing...messing with the Ableton warps modes to create new textures and live jamming the granular options. randomizing loops using launchpads in session view and recording the output, resampling, spin, fold and mutilate. The list goes on. I mean if you're going to get creative with sampling...let's get creative!

Yes why not ! To present a plugin . If you believe in that and like it . I look lots of movie on computer and some People seems to read prompt . It is just business . You seem to be implicated and to like what you do . Thank you to present that what the good mindset . Today i have worked with shaperbox to create variation of drum loop for live session. It sounds crazy . Maybe this plug also can give New possibilities but not sure that it don t kick my processor ! I ll see .

How rare is to see the mindset like yours 🙏. People seem to forget that some plugin companies (like Lunacy) are not big corporations draining money with questionable products. They are just like us and if the plugin is good, there’s no reason to hate straight away cause it’s paid. Speaking of kicking the processor - you can tweak BEAM to use less power by changing the graphics settings. I guess it’s the first plugin with settings like those btw 😂

Hmm -- BEAM reminds me of ShaperBox but with additional (distracting) graphics. I'm a Cableguys fan.

I'm a fan of both actually. The main point of BEAM is it's granular engine and while the workflow is kinda similar, you get completely different results. ShaperBox gives more options tho

@PanopticMotion well, if you think about it majority of plugins can be replaced by stock tools and I’m a big advocate for that (as seen in my videos). Plugins are like cool toys which can make things easier, faster and look fancier but at the end of the day it’s all about the final sound. I just happen to like Lunacy stuff and they are into something different unlike bigger companies trying to sell us another 1176 emulation with one extra fader
