Great video as always. Thanks man. Love the clip slide feature, loved that feature in S1 and did not know Live had it. BWW, any content focused on the nerdy side of Live is encouraged, New to Live so fundamentals reminders along the way are always appreciated. Cheers!

I'm thinking of getting a set of the HD-490 Pro Plus, they worth the dough? I'd be upgrading from my Audio Technica m40x
@Zdrewe2 ай бұрын
I got the pro version, plus seem to only have an additional cord and headband pad which was not so necessary for me (you can get some third party fancy mini xlr cables if you want). Speaking of sound, if you transfer from closed m40x, it’s gonna be day and night difference. I tried many headphones - m50, beyer 770 and 990 and those hd490 are the cleanest and the top notch quality for me. At first I couldn’t decide between those and 1990 but the signature over enhanced top end in beyerdynamics sound too harsh for me.
@INNERMONO_2 ай бұрын
@@Zdrewe Before I got the m40x I got a set of dt990 pro and the high end was so harsh I took them back the same day haha! Never understood why people like them so much. Definitely need to give the hd490's a shot I'm going to order a set right now! Love your content btw from one proud audio geek to another haha! Have a good one 👊
@Zdrewe2 ай бұрын
@@INNERMONO_ can talk gear and plugins for a ages 😂 I also can’t get how people enjoy the harshness of beyers. I worked on 770 for a while and it’s weird how closed backs can be soo sizzling.

yeah bro let me get that 1/2048 grid size on the MIDI clip. that's fuckin useful.....said no one ever. using this over adaptive is literally amateur hour. It slows you down, and looks like shit when you change view size, then you have to waste more time readjusting? there's a reason they implemented the adaptive grid over a decade ago
