Amazing video, thanks for the tips! When you're drawing in notes/hats and you can't stay on the note while drawing, there's actually a setting in "Display & Input" -> Draw MIDI notes with pitch lock, so this won't happen anymore 😌 I just discovered that today 😁

@@Zdrewe Actually, I just tested smth, if you hold Option on Mac it does just that, so no need to change the settings 😌 And if you hold command it will draw as long of a note as you want and don't follow the grid. Steal as much as you like 😉

The drum rack send feature is cool. Just a week ago I wanted to try sending snare to my rev in drum rack but oh well there was no send option. Now I know where it is. Will definitely use it in my mixing stage. Thank you!

I'm thinking of getting a set of the HD-490 Pro Plus, they worth the dough? I'd be upgrading from my Audio Technica m40x

I got the pro version, plus seem to only have an additional cord and headband pad which was not so necessary for me (you can get some third party fancy mini xlr cables if you want). Speaking of sound, if you transfer from closed m40x, it’s gonna be day and night difference. I tried many headphones - m50, beyer 770 and 990 and those hd490 are the cleanest and the top notch quality for me. At first I couldn’t decide between those and 1990 but the signature over enhanced top end in beyerdynamics sound too harsh for me.
