You may need to put the shorter side of strap on your palm front (not rear of hand, as video states). So its one direction for right hand, and other for left hand. (Please update the video or at least the description)

sir what you have said fits correctly for a left hand while for right hand you have to wrap it once from palm to under and then strap . this product is a defective as the thumb placement is not parallel. when it comes to right the placement of Velcro is about 1 inch short.

That can be right, but considering the position of vlecro placement, it's not possible to the the either way...thumb and then shorter strap over the inside of the palm, and then onwards is the only way to wear it
