77 busses had Fuel Injection. That single carb setup is aftermarket, hence no mechanical fuel pump.

hopefully wont take much to get the motor to spin over . try putting some atf down in the cylinder bores ?

I did, didn't help at all unfortunately Next video I tear the motor down more and find the issues
