I'm so glad they got a new gwl specifically for type 4 hair. Their curling custard use to make my curls look beautiful while wet, but wouldn't last, and it'd sit on top of my hair as little jelly buds. My hair is low porosity, so that explains the buds. I'm willing to give mielle another try. I

Mielle doesn't work for my hair tbh.. i got the mask but it made my hair dry.. i tried other products to but same thing.. i realized cantu, african pride and aussie work for me but still not every product.. it is challenging to be a natural.. but it is unique to be natural and not everyone's curls or kinks are the same.. took me a long time to realize that. I can't wait to grow it longer and healthier..and fuller

This was my first time trying Mielle products but I’m definitely adding some of their products to my routine (hair masque, gel and scalp oil) the one I think helped with my hair growth is Aussie, I’m obsessed lol

What you were experiencing with the Conditioner could have been an effect from the deep conditioner you used before. The Rosemary and Mont is quite a strengthening product so it could have "stiffened" / made detangling more difficult. The conditioner could have done better, no lie, but the lack of softness could be a deep conditioner problem. Not to hate on the Rosemary and Mint deep conditioner, I love it but I have to be more intentional with it

I add rosemary to the shampoo & it feels amazing (my scalp feels clean but my hair isn’t stripped). I have type 4 hair & the conditioner glides through my hair. I really recommend checking it out ☺️

On god I don’t like Mielle and I tried my best to support it but my hair was dry and falling out. No other product has done that to my hair other than Aussie moist products. And I was annoyed because I was a broke college student and I spent my last coins on the mielle line just for it to destroy my hair.

Thank you ! Use the Lustrasilk curl max activator ! It will keep it moisturized and make the curls definition last longer. I add a little bit in my water spray bottle usually on the 4th day (whenever it starts getting dry) ! Hope it helps 💕
