Actually it’s the total opposite, there is a big cult following of “Type O” fans now with a lot of the younger generation who were not alive back in the 90’s & into the early 2000’s that or were too young to see them live or know of them. I’m 45yrs old & got into “Carnivore” first & then Type O- • The first Type O album “Slow Deep & Hard” 1991 is actually left over Carnivore songs mostly & by their 3rd album “Bloody Kisses” which went gold platinum was when they came into their own with the much slower,heavy dirgy gothic sound. But getting back to Type O not being known these days by the younger generation is false as you see Type O merch such as t-shirts,hoodies,hats & bootlegs & vinyl selling like hot cakes + numerous facebook Type O tribute accounts & a lot of Type O videos on KZbin with younger newer fans being blown away by them.
