For those who does not know how to have better performance (remove motion blueness) this is the way : It is indeed a VA panel, VA panels does have aprox. 5ms not 1. This monitor has the ability to change in 1 (not even close to 1 2-3) that means it will have motion blur and maybe a ghosting (it depends even more in the response time [chose faster RT]) . Thank me later. So play with more MS and do not even thing to judge a VA monitor! Perfect price for a perfect monitor. Thank you again LG, and thank me later!

For people on console it only does 120hz if on new gen and if you want audio you must buy speakers or use headphones

@@kaigarcia3163I bought this monitor yesterday and it was easy to set up. I’m using a series x and it runs 120 fps perfectly on the monitor. If you are using a mouse and keyboard however, it will have like a half second ghost moment meaning it will like look as if it dropped a frame. But using a controller is perfect and I haven’t noticed any problems while on controller

Also since they did make this 24 inch model do you think they will give us the the gq850(1440p) in a 27 inch format just like they did for the gp850? Hello ! I bought this monitor and I have lil problem. I have 2.0 HDMI Cable and I only have 144 hz. How can you enable the 165 Hz mode ? I tried everything. I enabled or disabled the OSD Lock. I tried to overclock it to 165 hz and it turned off. Can anyone have a suggestion ? It would be helpful. Is it only available when you use it with DP ?

Yeah it’s probably because the ps5 stays at 60hz until you start running a game that supports 120hz.

If using hdmi it only does 144 i belive displayport gives u the extra and gives 165hz hope it helped

If your usb c have display support then, you can go buy usb c to display port 1.4 cable Hdmi is just limited due to it using 1.4 port on monitor end, if it had 2.0 then it could 165hz with hdmi, but they cost more to manufacture and license​@@r1xpro

Just picked this up earlier today and wow I’m so disappointed. I have a old 24inch cheap tv I’ve been using to game on and it’s so much better than this monitor. The monitor is so foggy also has hardly any color. Messed with the setting for awhile hardly made any difference. Guess I’m returning the monitor and sticking with the tv. Would not recommend this product.
