in reality i think that the junction between column and beam make them always fixef and not simply supported am i right or no if no can yoi please explaik me why because it's a question that bothers me always

Yes the joint between column and beam is always considered as a fixed joint, simply supported is considered when a girder is placed on a pier shaft where there is no monolithic connection
