Typhoon Haikui scores a direct hit on Taiwan

Typhoon Haikui made landfall in Taiwan on September 3, 2023, the first typhoon to directly hit the island in four years. Haikui brought strong winds and torrential rain to the southern and eastern cities and counties of Taiwan, prompting thousands of people to evacuate. Typhoon Haikui is forecast to head towards China’s eastern Guangdong province.

Yes, a typhoon that's about to land fall on your area will not make a warning. That's why there's a phrase "calm before storm". In the Philippines, that's what happens, it's so calm as if there's no typhoon coming then the next day, it comes ravaging. Hope everyone's safe.

The Southeast side of Taiwan often get hit with earthquakes and heavy typhoons. They are most exposed geographically. Hope everyone stays safe.

Typhoons direct hit Hong Kong all the time. But no one needs to be evacuated, just stay in doors. Tree branches are seen everywhere on the road, but immediately cleared either on the same day or next day. No building collapses, no one injured let alone dead. Hong Kong's natural disaster control is very underrated. We are blessed to have this home. Protect her.

Hokkien was the language of the Chinese diaspora whose descendants are Taiwanese, ethnic Chinese in Southeast East Asia, the USA, and Europe. Mandarin-speaking Chinese were loyal servants of the dynasty so they chose to remain and died as slaves of the empire.

Haikui “scores”? I wouldn’t have used the verb “scores” in the title. First Southern California, then Dominican Republic and Florida, then Spain, then Hong Kong, then Liberal Republic of China (Taiwan) and next Guangdong Province of the P.R.China. Various hurricanes-typhoons taking place within a short period of time in several locations of the world.

After all, the United Grand Lodge of England 👁️ is the most important Masonic institution worldwide. Taiwanese president Tsai. Your president Winnie Pooh cannot set foot on Taiwan. It's forbidden to him. Why? Because China has no sovereignty over Taiwan. As simple as that.
